Technical Recruiter
6-month contract + opportunity for extension
Pay Rate: 35-37/hr
Location: (5 days onsite)
Must-Haves:
- 3-5 years of experience in sourcing within data centers for positions in:
- Excellent sourcing acumen and demonstrated ability to use creative sourcing strategies to generate robust, diverse pipelines of talent to support hyper scaling organizations
- Experience working in high-volume environments with metric-driven goals
- Access to strong network of data center talent
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Team qualities: strong work ethic, great interpersonal skills (no hesitation picking up the phone, getting candidates excited about opportunities), results-oriented
Day to Day:
In this role, you will actively source large, diverse pools of candidates that will result in key hires to fuel critical data center expansion. You will get to work with a collaborative, inclusive, hard working team of recruiting professionals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment to ensure delivery of efficient, effective, and quality talent to internal customers. The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient and well-versed in creative candidate generation methodology. It is critical that this individual can manage, prioritize, and close high-volume searches against tight timelines. A successful candidate will also possess strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrate high integrity, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service.
